For the 16th consecutive year, an international jury has chosen 60 of the most captivating watches released over the past 12 months. These timepieces will now compete for awards across 6 categories of the 2025 CH24 Watch of the Year.
The arrival of autumn marks the definitive end of the holiday season, bringing colder, shorter days – and the launch of our annual CH24 Watch of the Year. For 16 years now, we’ve been selecting and awarding the most interesting watch releases of the past 12 months, each time with the participation of an international jury composed of industry experts, journalists, and – most importantly – passionate enthusiasts of the art of watchmaking. Despite market fluctuations and constant changes in the industry, our love for watches and everything surrounding them remains as strong as ever – from the people who create them, to the emerging trends, styles, and sentiments shaping today’s horological landscape.
The 16th edition of CH24 Watch of the Year once again features six competitive categories: Men’s watch, Sports watch, Men’s watch priced up to 3,500 euro, High watchmaking, Ladies watch, and Ladies watch priced up to 3,500 euro. In addition, the jury will award a Special Jury Prize – honoring an outstanding event, brand, or individual who has made a significant contribution to the development and promotion of watchmaking – as well as the CH24 Watch of the Year Grand Prix. As always, the public can participate too – by voting on the official event website www.woty.pl – to determine the winner of the Public Prize.
The 60 nominated timepieces, which perfectly reflect the range of releases introduced over the past year, were traditionally selected by the CH24 Watch of the Year jury. This year, the title of Honorary Jury Member goes to Lex Stolk – a respected industry journalist, editor at Fratello Watches, and a man of impeccable class and unmistakable style.
