WATCH OF THE YEAR 2016
Already for the 7th time CH24.PL selects and awards the most interesting watches, presented over the course of past year. 30 nominated pieces competes in a race for 9 statuettes, and one of them is given by you – our dear readers.
1st of September is one of the most exciting dates in a calendar for us. We don’t attend school anymore, so our traumatic relations to this date were replaced by excitement with the start of yet another Watch of the Year edition. For the 7th consecutive time international Jury (full members list can be found HERE) selects the best watch debuts of the past 12 months, in 8 competition categories: Classic Watch, Sports Watch, Ladies Watch, Complicated Watch, Innovations in Watchmaking, Watch priced up to 10.000PLN, Grand Prix and a Special Jury Prize. 9th statuette will be given by you – our Internet readers – by voting on a special, dedicated website.
2016 WOTY is held in partnership with Polish Watch and Clocks Collectors Club, Manager MBA and Porsche Polska. Our official media partner is Esquire Polska.
It wasn’t easy – as usual – to pre-select and finally come up with a nominations list, but here they are. 30 nominated watches in a race for 2016 Watch of the Year.

Each category will have its winner, and among all of them the Jury selects the big prize winner – 2016 Watch of the Year Grand Prix. All the laureates, along with Special Jury Prize and Public Prize will be announced in October. The final gala of the 2016 WOTY will be traditionally held in Warsaw’s Sobanski Palace, the home of Polish Business Roundtable.
